Right Click in dialog box

I'm using Office Professional 2003 and having problems with Word. When you right click an item in an opened dialog box, you should get a "What's This?" -- But I can't seem to get this for any items in dialog boxes.

Right clicking mouse doesn't produce anything. Procedure worked well in previous versions of Word and I always found it useful. How can I get it to work?

Hi Whitey,

Office 2003 no longer has "What's This" help. While a dialog is
displayed, press F1 to see a help topic that covers the entire dialog.

We (the Word and other Office MVPs) have already given Microsoft an
earful on this topic, but it wouldn't hurt to pile on at
(e-mail address removed). :)
