Right margin is being cut off

Can someone please help fix this annoying problem!! Only when I print from the Internet, the right margin always cuts off. How can I fix this? When I print from word, its fine, only the internet gives me problems. I spoke to HP, thinking it was my printer, but they suggested that it was my Micosoft Internet Explorer causing the problem.

Well you are in the wrong group, however, go to the HP website and download
the latest printer driver for your model printer and correct version of
Windows.

Also make sure you have downloaded and installed all the updates for your
operating system and Internet Explorer.

And what version of Publisher and/or Windows are you running?! We can't help
you without this information.
