Can't open or save rtf attachments in Outlook XP.
Get following Error:
Can't create file: 'filename.rtf'. Right click the folder
you want to create the file in, and then click Properties
on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the
folder.
OS is Windows XP Pro. The user has administrator rights.
The same email attachment will work fine in Outlook
Express. I have uninstalled Office XP and reinstalled but
still no luck. Upgraded Office XP to SP2 - no luck. Other
attachments open fine.
Does anyone have any clues?
