Rule for foreign characters

Is it possible to create a rule that looks for foreign characters, i.e.,
letters with umlauts, accents etc. I have noticed that lots of spammers use
these to fool my other rules.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
