Here is the scenario:
I have a form on a web site that sends an email with the filled in data to me.
I have this form set up to fill in the "reply-to" field in the email with
the email address that has been filled out on the form.
The email, though, is coming from the web server and so the "From" field in
the email is the server set default email address and so the "From" field is
different from the "Reply To" field.
If I hit Reply in my Outlook, the reply email has the correct "Reply To"
address in the "To" field. This is as expected.
BUT ... here is the problem: I set up a rule to do this reply with a
standard email. The Rule, though, uses the "From" field to send to not the
"Reply To" field! This behaviour is the same for a server side reply with
template or a client side reply with specific text.
HELP!?!
Thanks,
Patrick
