Rules before sending mail

Hi, I dont know if it can be done but can I set up a sort
of reminder before I send a mail? The reason being that I
forget to send an attachment occasionally which is
important to my customer. I need a pop up maybe before I
send a specific mail or any mail that can remind me if i
have included the file in the mail. Cheers
