Rules for additional mailboxes

I have access to multiple mailboxes which appear in my folder list. I
wish to set up a rule for one of these mailboxes and was wondering how
to go about this. Is this something that my Exchange Administrator
needs to do, or will changing my permissions to Owner, enable me to do
this from my pc?

Rules won't run on anything other than your default mailbox. If the rule you
wish to set up is a server-side rule, you can log into it directly in
another outlook profile and set up the rule - or use OWA if you're on a
recent version of Exchange - but if it's a client-side rule, you can't do
what you wish, at least not with built-in tools.
