Rules In Error

Getting the error "Rules in Error" message in Outlook.
Rule was created to move emails from certain individuals
to a specific folder that exists within the folder list.
Emails will move to that specified folder but Rules in
Error will pop up showing that it cannot be moved to that
folder. When rule is deleted, rules in error still pops
up. Why would that error show even though there are no
longer rules. Reinstalled Office suite, no go. Please
help...
