Rules problems

Hi,

We are using Outlook XP (sp2) with Windows 2000 SP4.
that
Outlook is connected to an Exchange server. This
Exchange
server is not our primary email server it's only use for
the calendering and contact managment.

When a user is receiveing an email, it's in the corporate
mail system, then we are using some rules to take those
email's and tranfert them to the Exchange server.

We're experiencing a lot of problems with the rules, some
time they work fine and a bit later during the day they
stop working. Or, when a user start Outlook those rules
are not working at all. We have to go in the rules wizard
and close the window and everything is working fine,
until
the next time.

do you have any ideas ?
