We have installed Office 2003 on two IBM Thinkpads that
operate on and off a network using Exchange 2000. When
working online the Rules work on both machines, but
offline Rules do not work on either machine. One has been
set up using cache and the other has not. Junk Mail
filter works fine on and off line. Should the Rules work
offline?
