Run as an administrator in Outlook 2007

How do I turn on "Run as an Adminstrator in Outlook 2007. The advanced
options screen of shortcut properities is not highlighted.

right click on outlook, go to "properties", go to the "compatibility" tab, and check the "run this program as an administrator" box. if it is grayed out, then at the bottom click "change settings for all users," then at the bottom check the "run this program as an administrator" box. click apply, then okay, and completely restart outlook.
