Run /cleanprifle for multiple Profiles in Outlook

I am running the /cleanprifle switch from the command line as part of an
automated deployment scripted in AutoIT. The way it is scripted I run for
whatever the default profile is when the pop-up comes.

Has anyone figured out a way to use this switch to run for multiple profiles
at the same time?

Only one profile can be opened at any one time.
