Running office 2k Premium Data Analysis add-in crashes excel afte.

I'm added Statistics Data Analysis add-in to Excel 2k Premium. It works fine
until I boot. After booting, trying to open any excel document crashes
excel. I've uninstalled excel & reinstalled... had it working, added add-in,
with same results. Is there a patch for this problem.
