I am a Mac user tring to run office x
Back in January I call Microsoft because I was suddenly getting a
message that I had exceeded my license agreement because another
user was already using a copy of office. This was true becuase I was
using it on my laptop.
I was told by the tech support person that I was in fact allowed to use a
single license on both my Laptop and 1 desktop unit (as I have been
doing for years) and after a long call I was told to be careful that I
update my operating system on both machines so that I was always
running the identical version of my OS on both machines (OS 10.1)
Sure enough that did the trick and I was back in business. I know face
the same problem again now that I am running OS 10.3.2
I have updated both machines to comply with the original solution, but
this time nothing.
Help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Robert
