Runtime automation error

Help!!

I get the message "Run-time '2147467259 (80004005)' Automation Error" in a box labelled System32 when I start up outlook. It only turn up the first I time open outlook, if I close it and start it up again, it doesn't show. When I restart the computer the problem returns. Outlook works anyway but it's really annonying

I've reinstalled it, deleted all add-ins, I've nothing in the event viewer, adn I've tried it all in safe mode
Outlook Version is 10.0.6626.0 (XP)..
