runtime error - abnormal program termination

when i load frontpage i i get the successful install
message. when i open it i immediately get a reinstall
message and then the runtime error

I have both reinstalledand repaired numerous times
rebooting and restarting my computer in between times

i'm running windows me on an hp pavillion pent III
