Runtime Errors - Do you wish to Debug?

I have Office Xp installed with Frontpage and I am now
getting Runtime Errors when I'm browsing the net, how do
I disable the debug tools? I'm assuming that it is indeed
Frontpage that is giving me this prompt.

To disable script debugging, open Internet Explorer, click on Tools,
Internet Options, click the Advanced tab, and put a check in the box that
says "Disable script debugging".
