Sample Project Plan

I have been given the task of heading a project on purchasing a new
Ticketing System for the HelpDesk. I was also given the task of
putting together a full project plan from craddle to grave in MS
Project. I have started something, however I am pretty sure I am
forgetting some Key tasks. Was wondering if someone had a sample
project plan I can use as a model? Please email me a copy if possible

I doubt anyone would have a suitable schedule as your needs are likely to be
quite different from anyone else's. Start by determining all needs for the
new system and what business goals there are. Then build your schedule
around those goals to show how you will deliver them. This will produce a
much more useful schedule.
