One of the users in my company sends emails in Rich Text
format with attachments in the body of the email. When I
attempt to save the email to a file, the default format
is .OFT. All other user' emails default to .TXT or .RTF
depending on their original format. We are using Outlook
2000 (9.0.0.2711). Why is this happening?
