Save as html

Hi, I'm running windows 2000 and office 97. When I open a
powerpoint document the save as html is not available.
It's there in the file menu but it's greyed out. I've
tried reinstalling office 97 and the save as html box is
checked. I can save word and excel files as html but not
powerpoint.

I would appreciate help.

Gary,
You need to put your install disks back in and select Custom Install. The
Web Authoring Tools needs to be installed for the "Save as HTML" options in
for PPT, but they don't get installed with a Typical Install.

If you have already done that, then the culprit could possibly be an Acrobat
add-in, unload it. That should fix the problem.
