Hi,
I have someone that is trying to create a subfolder that
he can save emails in, but he does not want it to go to
the exchange server. He rather save it straight to his
local hard drive on his pc. How can i set this up for him?
Thanks...

CJ,

If you go to Tools > Services, you can add the 'personal folders'
option. This gives a local pst in addition to your exchange server side
folders. Make sure that under the delivery tab, you select where you
want new mail delivered (local or server side inbox).

You can store them in a pst-file. To create one choose File-> New-> Outlook
Data File...
Once created you can create subfolder and store mail, contacts, calendar and
journal items just like on an Exchange server.
