The easiest way is to save the file as a web page. All your pictures
should be saved as separate files. --David

Images are generally embedded, so you can save your presentation as a Web Page
to extract the images. A folder of files will be created. You'll need to sort
through them to find the images that you want.
Another way would be if you have Photo Editor on your system, select the image
in PowerPoint, press Ctrl + C, go to Photo Editor and paste the image. Then
save it.
