Saving a .doc with the pics included

A

Agoston Bejo

I have a .doc file that I got by converting an HTML document. It contains a
lot of pictures.
When I save the document, it is saved so that it only contains links to the
appropriate jpg files, therefore when e.g. sending it to someone I have to
send all the jpg's as well..
I would like to save it so that the whole thing is in one file. Is this
possible?

If in your list of Save as type options in the Save As dialog you have
"Single File Web Page" or "Web Archive" (wording depends on the
version of Word you are using) then that will create a single HTML
file.
