Saving and emailing reports

I am using Project 2003. I would like to save reports (both standard and
custom) that I view from within Project and then email them to select people
who do not use Project. I would also use them in PowerPoint presentations
updating stakeholders, etc. but can't find a way to copy them or even copy
and paste to PowerPoint.
