Saving as PDF

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel When I tyr to save a Word document that has section breaks as a PDF it is saved as multiple PDFs. How can I suppress this and have it save as one PDF?

There is no workaround for this in Word itself, but you can use either
Acrobat (Pro) or even Preview to merge the files together (drag and
drop the file previews between files).

Sorry to say thatt you might need to use an independent PDF converter like
Solid Converter PDF
(www.soliddocuments.com/products.htm?product=SolidConverterPDF).

If you have access to a Windows box, you can sometimes fix it. In Windows,
perform some kind of page setup action -- change the margins and change them
back, that kind of thing. If you PDF it in Mac, it usually works. But if you
do any other page setup action in Mac, it breaks it again.

Your product has nothing to do with the original problem; furthermore,
it is a Windows-only application. Please stop advertising a product that
does not help the original poster.
