Saving As Something Different then A Pub File

I've been working on a 10 page report. I've been adding pages as I go along.
However, I want to email but not everyone can open Pub file. It won't save
all 10 pages as a jpeg. Only one page

I'm in the process of converting it into PDf. Is that the only option?

It may not be the only option, but it's certainly the best option.

I guess this is a dumb question, because obviously you are using Publisher
for a reason, but is it something you could adapt to do in Word? (I'm
currently going over a book and tutorials to learn all I can about Word, and
finding out ALL it can do, at least 2007. I pretty much know Publisher, and
use it a lot, but wanted to know more about Word, just to know)

As to saving as JPG, what I have done with Publisher, when I want to send
to someone who can't open them, and I don't want to use PDF, I open
PaintShopPro and IMPORT > SCREEN CAPTURE. Go to the Publisher files and
capture each page, then edit it, resize, etc. in that. Save as jpg.

I have done this when I made cards (greeting and business) and logos, to
show them all the various ways, and see which they like, or ask for
suggestions, etc.

I've also taken the jpgs and uploaded them to a webpage, and sent them
the link to this.

Of course, you'd need a program with screen capture. Or, print the pages
from Publisher and scan them to save as jpgs?

You don't need a screen capture program...just push the PrtScn key on your
keyboard (usually above the Insert key)...copies the screen to clipboard
then just paste into your image editing program.

Are you using Acrobat? What version Publisher? Microsoft has a *save as*
conversion tool if you are using Publisher 2007. It shouldn't take hours to
convert a 10 page Publisher file.
If you are not using Acrobat and using something else, look at a different
program for the conversion.

That's what I thought, but I'm so used to importing it into Paint Shop Pro
I never think of that.

Another point, when you screen capture in Publisher, take out the showing
guidelines first. I learned that once when I screen captured something and
printed it elsewhere and it had the guidelines still on it. I'm so used to
seeing them I didn't notice.
