Saving CONTACT Sub files to a drive or zip drive

Hello. I normally understand the principles in saving a
document or file in an application but don't understand
how to save the Contact file in Outlook to a disk.
Specifically, I want to send a single subfile to someone
and I don't know how to isolate it to save it alone that
I might save to disk or as an attachment to an email.

As long as the recipient is also using Outlook, try exporting the subfolder
to a PST file.
