Saving Document

I want to save my church newsletter (set up in Publisher)
as a Word document as most people don't own Publisher.
Is this possible?

Yes, but your distribution format should be driven by intent. You will lose
some formatting options when saving to Word.

RTF, HTML and PDF are other options.
