Saving email addresses after sending

Just updated to outlook 2003. Had some issues moving
over my PTS files but finally got all mail and contacts
moved and working. However, when I'm entering email
addresses in the TO field, it is not saving them so it
wil auto fill them the next time I send an email to the
same contact. "Automatice name checking" and "Suggest
names while completing" check boxes are checked in the
advanced email options.
What else could be the problem?
