Saving file with formulas

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet that has vlookups in other
spreadsheets. When I email this via. lotus notes to an
internet email address some receipients get errors. I
informed them to not update link when asked. But, they get
#values in the cells with the vlookups. This is weird
because some people open it up fine and others don't.

Can anyone tell me how I can send this so everyone can see
it. I update this report every month with new numbers.

problem could be that they have a newer Excel version. e.g. Excel 2003
re-calculates if it encounters a file saved in an older version. One
workaround. Copy the data and insert it with 'Edit - Paste Special -
Values' to remove the formulas
