Saving files in Publisher 2003

I have recently upgraded from publisher 98 to publisher
2003. Whenever I attempt to save a document using the
save as function to my cd drive. I receive the following
error message. First "Incorrect Function", and when I
close that box, this follows immediately, "You do not have
access to the folder 'E:\',see your administrator for
access to this folder". If I save to the hard drive or
the 31/2 floppy I do not have this problem. I am logged
on as the administrator of this computer. Can anyone help
with this problem.
