Saving macros

When I create a macro to run a web browser during a
powerpoint show, it works when I first create it. Yet
when I save it and reopen, the macros no longer work. I
click "yes" to allow macros when I open it and have
checked the code which is still there. Is there anything
which I am doing wrong?
