Saving MS Document Imaging files to network

We are experiencing a similar problem that we ran across
last November with Microsoft Document Imaging. Last year
we got a patch from MS for W2K-Sp4 that corrected files
being corrupted from Imaging when they were saved to a
network drive.

We have recently rolled out Outlook 2003. Now all our W2K
boxes have a similar problem from within Imaging - they
cannot save at all to a network drive. Does anyone know
of a solution?
