Saving Sent messages to Sent File Automatically

I have Office at work but it is Professional which may be
the issue.

I want to save sent messages to a Sent File automatically
in Office XP Small Business as I do at work.

I cannot find where to enable this nor can I find an icon
to address this.

I would appreciate some help.
