Saving views

In Primavera I could save whatever layout I created on my screen. Easy. But
with MSP 2003, having copied a view and given it a new name, the columns I
want are not saved when I close the project although Gantt chart settings for
bars etc and print page set-up are saved. How do I save the layout I've
created please without having to recreate it each time I open the project?

(When I open the project and for example I hide columns I don't need to see
I get an error message the first time saying changes won't be saved.)

Hi Steve,

The left side of the Gantt chart view is a table. I suggest
applying your custom view and then choosing View > Table > More
Tables. Create a copy of the table and with your customization
needed. Apply the table to your custom view. If there are other
modifications you'd like to apply regularly create tables for those
modifications and apply the table -- don't change the existing
table.
