Have you tried going to the File menu, choosing Send To, and Microsoft
Word?

Hey Swoosh,

Presentations play from PowerPoint files and from HTML files. You can send
them to Word, but the cease to be presentations at that point. (Kinda like
a photograph of a rose not smelling like a rose). Word will store images of
the slides and text from the notes, but will not display a presentation.

If you want to run the presentation you will need to:
1) Save it as a PowerPoint file and run it from PowerPoint
2) Save it as a PowerPoint file and run it from the free PowerPoint viewer
(limited VBA and link functionality)
3) Save it as a web page and run it from a browser (limited animation
functionality)
4) Capture it as a movie from one of the above presentation methods
5) Create an executable file that is based on the viewer
