Scaling

I'm e-mailing an Excel spreadsheet through Outlook. While
in Excel, I go to File > Send To > Mail Recipient
I have one problem - When I send the spreadsheet, it is
slightly too wide. I want the entire spreadsheet to be
viewed in the body of the e-mail without having to scroll
horizontally. Is there any way of scaling it slightly so
it fits?

Not that I know of. But whether you have to scroll or not doesn't depend on
your computer but on the mailclient and resolution of the receiver so why
bother? Also it is better to send the sheet as an attachment instead as the
body of the mail to make sure the sheet can be viewed properly by anyone.
