Schedule in months after receipt of order - not absolute dates

Select format, timescale and select Week1, Week2 as the format for weeks.

My problem is not the timescale but how to set the project
start date to an "as yet" undefined date (the date the
order for the project will be recieved) and then link all
the tasks in days/weeks/months from this start date.
