Schedule of uncompleted tasks within a date range

I need to create a "4 week rolling schedule" showing one week prior to
current date through 3 weeks forward. It needs to include incomplete tasks.
Any suggestions?

Turn on the macro recorder
Create the filter you want (look at the date range filter for a good example
of what you want)
Turn off the macro filter.
Edit the macro so that it takes the current date and does some date math to
calculate the appropriate criteria.
Then you just run the macro which will create/apply the filter.
