Scrambled Outlook files

I had some hard disk problems, and some of my Outlook 2000 files got
discombobulated. I have managed to (partially) restore some of them,
but have run into a problem. The Contacts file shows up with column
headers as though it was an e-mail file. However, when I click on a
specific record, it is displayed properly in a Contact form.

Is there any way I can restore the proper headers to the file, or can I
regenerate the file other than from each individual record?
