Does PP support video screen capturing to record a demo?
What do you recommend for recording demos?

Try Camtasia or Jing.

As Sandy says, Camtasia & Jing are great. I also used to use Producer Add-in
for screen recording, though not to produce an actual Producer file. There
are no bells & whistles but it comes at a good price - free
