Screen size upon opening of Outlook

Is there a way to set the display to Maximize when outlook opens. It seems
that every other day that when I open Outlook, I get a minimized screen.

Is there something in the registry that I can configure so this doesnt
happen anymore.

Vince Averello [MVP-Outlook]

If you create a shortcut to Outlook.EXE you can set it to open maximized.
