Script to delete emails from another shared mailbox

Wondering if anyone can help me with the following:

There is a few accounts that get all the mail forwarded to another
mailbox. I granted one user access to this mailbox. He is able to view
the contents of that mailbox just fine(granted full mailbox rights in
Mailbox Permissions). So now he sees his own mailbox and the other
mailbox in folder list, which he checks from time to time.

The problem comes is that there is an accumulation of read receipts
(mailbox gets cluttered)
and other emails based on the subject that are not needed and I would
like to get them automatically deleted. What is the best way of doing
so? The user at hand is using Outlook 2007.

Maybe some type of script that does: "If mailbox1.email.subject =
"read: " then mailbox1.email.delete"

Thank you.
