Scroll function on mouse

How do you disable the scroll button from being able to be used during a
presentation?

One way, or the only way that I can think of, is to go to Slide Show > Set Up
Show and set it to Kiosk mode. However, that means that no mouse clicks or
keyboard entries other than the Escape key will work. Mouse clicks will only
work on links that you include in the presentation. So you'll need to provide
all of the navigation links.
