Scrub track changes

I heard on the radio this morning that Microsoft has
finally addressed the problem of tracked changes being
accessible to the receive of a document once it has been
sent out via email, even if "Accept All Changes" has been
used.

I've look on the Microsoft site and can not find
this "Track Changes Scrub". Can anyone tell me where to
find it?

You need to search for "metadata" or "hidden data." You can download it from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=144E54ED-D43E-42CA-
BC7B-5446D34E5360&displaylang=en, but note that the add-in currently has
some serious bugs (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;834636).
