Search a word in a field of a form

Hi,

I have a field "name" in my form in addition to more
detail fields. I would like to add the option to search a
specific part of a name in the name field.
For example, if I have the name: Kate Bloom and also Nick
Bloom and I search for kate, it will take me to "Kate
Bloom".
There are 2 purposes for this action:
1. To add a new record. If I have 1000 names and I look
for a particular name, it taked too much time to look for
it.

2. I have all the data with the names and details of
visiting, for example, in the big table of the form.
One name appears several times and I want to view all of
them. So I enter the name, not the full name and want to
get all the records that their full name contains the
name I look for.

How can I do those 2 options?
