Second Backup

I would like a macro that will allow me to provide a separate backup copy on
a separate drive. Anyone know of one that will work with PowerPoint?

Not quite what you're looking for, but check Sequential Save at
http://www.mvps.org/skp/seqsave.htm. It does the most critical job of always
saving the previous and current versions of your presentation.

For general backup, I backup all of my critical files to an external drive using
Genie Backup http://www.genie-soft.com/default.html.
