I have an InfoPath 2003 form which uses Sharepoint Lists as secondary data
sources. The form has filters to show matching values in drop-down lists.
When a form is completed by a user, it is submitted to a Sharepoint Form
Library. The form worked perfectly to start with and new forms also display
all the expected data values in the drop-down boxes. However, if a user opens
an existing form from the SharePoint library, any changes that have been made
to one of the secondary data sources since the form was first submitted are
not shown. I've ensured that the data refresh option when the form is opened
is checked on the data source. The only obvious difference on the secondary
data source that gives the problem is that it has 276 items in the list
compared to 20-50 on the other lists. Any ideas what might be causing the
problem?
