Secure area needs Windows Password

Hi,
I have Outlook installed. When i start it up a popup box
comes up for a secure storage area and asks for my windows
password.
I type this in and it says it is wrong??

if i press the cancel button i can carry on using Outlook
with no problems.

I have no passwords on folders, calendars etc....

My company helpdesk has no idea why this is happening!!

Any ideas?
