when using ms oultook client... and selecting... file..
open... other users folders... users can access other
users mailbox`s and calendar.... how can i stop this ASAP

depends man... there are quite a few variables that play
into this...

1) if the users connecting to the mailboxes have
permissions set on the server, then you have to connect
to your exchange server software and remove them.

2) if u right click on the root of the mailbox in outlook
and go to properties and to the permissions tab, they may
have access through that in one of two ways. either they
actually have their account added with permissions to
that whole folder or the automatically created Default
user has permissions to do things on that mailbox in
which you'd have to either remove or limit that default
user's permissions....

Those other users should remove access permissions from their mailbox.
